With so many showrooms that range from the quirky to the practical, knick knacks and even a cafeteria stocked with Swedish meatballs it can take a whole day to experience it all.
While you are there, you can have your items delivered to your home if you didn’t come with a car and also request to have someone visit your home to assemble your furniture. We highly recommend this for those who are generally not inclined to lift heavy things and don’t like to follow assembly instructions. Since most instructions only come with pictures and not words, some say building Ikea furniture could be akin to Satan’s favorite hobby. It’s not uncommon for best friends to part ways and marriages to become strained under the duress of endless arguments of where a single bolt should go.
