Waterbomb is a vibrant summer event that takes place in various cities across South Korea. Featuring large-scale water fights, live music performances, and various entertainment activities, Waterbomb quickly became the locals' favorite summer event. Imagine thousands of people running around with water guns, balloons, and epic music blasting in the background! It’s not just about getting wet, it’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy summer with K-pop artists.
Over the past decade, Waterbomb has slowly grown into a global event. Besides the three South Korean cities, Seoul, Busan and Sokcho, the festival expands its reach with a worldwide tour this year, featuring events in 10 cities, including vibrant spots like Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

How to get a ticket?
It's a little bit complicated to get a ticket since not all ticket platforms provide tickets for all three events. To be safe, entering the ticket platforms with the links on Waterbomb's official website would be better. Usually, Korean ticket-selling platforms do not accept foreign credit cards, and you will need a Korean phone number for verification. Get a cheaper ticket/ Resale tickets
If you are a bit cost conscious, compared to other concert tickets, Waterbomb is definitely more expensive since this is an all-day event from 11 am to 9 pm and the event offers a ton of opportunities to meet a lot of K-pop idols. To help make it easier on the pocket, here are some tips on where to find cheaper tickets.
Eternal Editions is the official ticket reselling platform for Waterbomb that allows people to resell and transfer their tickets. You can find different prices on the platform, some may be higher than the original price, but you can definitely find cheaper tickets for Waterbomb. Normally, ticket prices range from 132,000 KRW to 154,000 KRW. On Eternal Editions, you can find tickets as low as 90,000 KRW.
One caveat, most of the resale tickets on Eternal Editions require payment with Korean credit cards. Everyone knows that buying a ticket to K-pop concerts in Seoul is a WAR. If you're a foreigner and don't have a Korean phone number it's almost impossible to get an account on local ticket platforms - not to mention competing with Korean fans who've already mastered the system. ✔ Wear waterproof shoes/comfortable sandals (You might not want your feet soaking in wet sneakers all day)
✔ Towel and extra clothes (You will be soaked!! It might get chilly at night in Seoul)

A bag check will be conducted at the gate to ensure that no dangerous items or outside food are brought in. But there will be food stalls so you're not gonna starve. You may also take a look at the menu and reserve food in advance online (for Seoul only).
