Corporate Employee Support Program

Bilingual daily-life support for foreign employees, visiting staff, and international families living or working in Korea.

GoWonderfully gives foreign employees in Korea practical, on-demand support for the everyday tasks that don't fit anyone's job description — handled in Korean, so nothing gets stuck.

Give your international staff a reliable support channel so they can settle in faster, reduce day-to-day stress, and stay focused on their work.

Why Companies Use GoWonderfully

Supporting Foreign Employees Should Not Fall Entirely on HR

When foreign employees arrive in Korea, the challenges they face are practical, personal — and rarely anyone's official responsibility.

GoWonderfully gives your team a dedicated bilingual support channel, so your employees get the help they need without overloading your internal staff.

What this takes off your team's plate

  • Personal requests that currently land on HR by default

  • Korean-language calls, bookings, and follow-ups

  • Family and spouse questions your team can't easily field

  • The unpredictable one-off tasks that break your team's focus

Key Benefits for Employers

What This Program Is — and Is Not

Practical Daily-Life Support, Not a Replacement for Licensed Services

GoWonderfully helps with practical bilingual assistance, local coordination, research, scheduling, purchases, reservations, and communication with Korean service providers. However, we do not replace licensed legal, tax, medical, financial, immigration, real estate brokerage, certified translation, or other regulated professional services. If an employee needs a licensed professional, we may be able to help research providers, contact offices, arrange appointments, or help the employee understand basic next steps, but we cannot provide regulated advice or official certification.

Not a Replacement for HR

GoWonderfully supports employees with practical requests, but your company remains responsible for employment matters, internal policies, compensation, workplace issues, benefits, and official HR decisions.

Not a Guaranteed Outcome Service

Many requests depend on third-party providers, availability, pricing, schedules, regulations, or vendor decisions. GoWonderfully can help communicate, coordinate, and follow up, but cannot guarantee third-party outcomes.

Clear Boundaries for Employees

If a request is outside the scope of the program, inappropriate, unsafe, or requires a licensed provider, we will explain the limitation and suggest a more suitable next step when possible.

Give Your Foreign Employees Practical Support They Can Actually Use

Help your international staff and their families navigate daily life in Korea with reliable bilingual assistance from GoWonderfully.

Whether you are supporting one executive, a group of new foreign hires, visiting faculty, or a larger international team, we can help create a support structure that works for your organization.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Corporate Employee Support Program for?

The program is designed for companies, schools, universities, organizations, and global teams that want to provide practical support to foreign employees, visiting staff, international faculty, executives, or employees’ families in Korea.

What is the difference between this program and relocation services?

Relocation services often focus on major transition needs such as housing, immigration, moving, school search, or arrival setup. GoWonderfully focuses on practical day-to-day support that employees may need before, during, and after settling into Korea.

The program can complement a relocation package by helping employees handle everyday tasks that continue after the formal relocation process is complete.

Can employees’ spouses or family members use the support?

Yes, depending on your company’s arrangement. Many international employees need support not only for themselves but also for spouses, children, or other family members adjusting to life in Korea.

Can we set usage limits for each employee?

Yes. Your company can allocate a specific amount of support time to each user. Additional support can be handled through a company top-up, a separate arrangement, or the employee’s own private account, depending on your preferred structure.

How do employees contact GoWonderfully?

Employees can contact GoWonderfully through our supported communication channels. The exact method can be confirmed during onboarding so employees clearly understand how to submit requests.

What requests are not included?

GoWonderfully does not provide licensed legal, tax, medical, financial, immigration, real estate brokerage, certified translation, or regulated professional services. We also do not handle requests that are unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope of the company program.

Do you operate during weekends?

The Corporate Employee Support Program is available during GoWonderfully’s regular operating hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM KST, excluding scheduled holidays.

How quickly can the program start?

For smaller teams or simple arrangements, the program can usually begin soon after payment and setup are confirmed. For larger employee groups or custom arrangements, we will first review your needs and provide a more accurate onboarding schedule.

How do we get started?

You can schedule a corporate consultation to discuss your employee group, expected usage, support allocation, reporting needs, and onboarding process. We will recommend a structure that fits your company’s needs.
