Having assisted thousands of foreigners both living in and outside Korea for the last 5 years, Wonderful has gained special insight into the best ways of leveraging a virtual assistant to help improve your productivity and convenience, not only for individuals but especially for business managers/owners as well. We understand that running a business in Korea can be quite the challenge, and is especially so for foreigners. Our bilingual assistants are more than capable of providing assistance with various requests. Here are some of the best examples of how Wonderful has helped others manage their businesses:
Assistance with Searching for Office Space
Searching for office space can be a time consuming and tiresome process in any country. With the language barrier, it makes it especially difficult for foreigners. Wonderful can help you look for office spaces in accordance with your preferences and help arrange meetings with realtors. If you need to relocate to a new office, we can help arrange for a moving/cleaning company, as well as assist with item disposal for unnecessary items. ( Read on how to dispose of items in Korea )
Communicating with Officials and Basic Translation
While Korea has come a long way, most Korean government organizations, associations and institutions still do not provide consultations in English, so reaching them is no easy task if you do not speak the language well. Wonderful can contact and communicate with Korean officials on your behalf and help get the required information, as well as assist with document translations.
Basic Market Research
If you are looking for Korean suppliers (whether your business is based in Korea or outside Korea) or would like to get some information about the top competitors in your field in Korea, then Wonderful's virtual assistant service would be a good option.
Purchasing from Korean Vendors (Both Goods and Specialized Services)
Managing a business in Korea means that you will have to deal with Korean vendors at some point. You might need to print specially designed business cards or promotional materials for your cafe, purchase goods/appliances and handle deliveries, find dancers for a film project, freelance translators ( you name it ^^ ), just delegate it to us and spend your time on more important matters, time is your most precious asset. If you need help screening applicants for a specific job that you may have, a virtual assistant would be ideal. Wonderful can put up job posts with your specifications and vet the applicants, saving you time, and money.
Forgot to pick up important documents or need to have time sensitive items delivered asap? Wonderful can help arrange for a last-minute courier. We can also help with scheduling and organizing for international shipping. If you have difficulty with tracking a package through Korean customs, Wonderful has years of experience troubleshooting delivery issues, and helping with customs clearance.
