How to Shop on Bunjang, Jungonara or Hello Market with Wonderful
Bunjang, Jungonara and Hello Market are three of the most popular platforms for reselling items in Korea, and every avid K-Pop fan’s best friends. If you are looking for signed albums, items from fan meetings you could not attend, K-pop merchandise that is no longer on sale, or other rare items (sometimes even concert tickets) chances are you might just find them on Bunjang, Jungonara or Hello Market. Unfortunately, these platforms are only available in Korean and the account registration process requires having a valid Korean mobile phone number. Not to mention the obvious that buying items resold by individuals is always risky.

How does safe payment work?
Safe payment is when, instead of paying the re-seller directly, we pay the selling platform itself which holds the funds until the transaction is complete. The re-seller then sends the item to our office. Once we receive it and confirm that it is the correct item, we notify the platform and only then is the money transferred to the re-seller. All the platforms have safe payment systems available, though you typically need to negotiate with the re-seller first to see if they would be able to accept it.
If the re-seller does not agree to safe payment, you, as a client, are always able to decide if you are willing to proceed with paying the re-seller in advance to receiving the item. We can help check the item re-seller for their reviews, and cross check their details with the police database on fraudulent re-sellers, in case they are a known fraud. We have had many transactions with advance payments many times before, and so far most have been okay.
Should you decide to proceed with the purchase, you may choose to pay for the item using 2 payment options:
a) If you have a Korean bank account you can wire transfer the cost of the ticket directly to our bank account
b) Alternatively, we can charge your bank card.
Regarding our pricing, we charge for the time taken working on your request at 800 KRW/min (There is a 15% discount for first time users), and you can get a refund on the remaining time within 3 months. Typical purchase requests would take from 30 minutes to an hour if shipping is involved. There are NO processing fees when you pay us via bank wire transfer. (You will pay only the cost of the item(s)). If you do not have a Korean bank account, TransferWise allows for immediate Korean Won bank wire deposits with low fees. When we charge your bank card or you pay by PayPal, there is an 8.5% processing fee that goes to the payment processor for their services. We do NOT benefit from this fee. Once your item arrives at our office, we will send you photos to verify. Regarding shipping, we can send the item via any postal service of your preference (EMS, Korean post, Fedex, DHL etc.) for an additional fee. If you live in Korea you can also pick up the items directly from our office in Seoul.
